    The UK furniture and floor-coverings retail market was worth £13.3bn in 2024, with forecasts suggesting growth to about £15.0bn by 2029 (around 3.1% CAGR). Furniture represents roughly 86% of this value, with floor coverings making up the remaining 14%, while home furniture and floor-coverings specialists account for roughly half (49%) of retail spend and online-only specialists represent a further 11–12%.
